To be eligible, an applicant must be the spouse or dependant of: -An active duty or Reserve Component soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, or Coast Guardsman killed or disabled in the Global War on Terror or other unique applications presented to and approved by the FHF board in writing on a case-by-case basis. Special consideration will be given to wounded soldiers with a Veterans Administration rating below 90%. -An active duty or Reserve Component soldier, sailor, airman, Marine or Coast Guardsman who is currently classified as a POW or MIA. - |
