| Eligibility Criteria |
The applicant must have a declared SB major. The scholarship must be applied toward tuition during the Fall and Spring semesters for which the scholarship is awarded and funds are given. During the scholarship period, the recipient must be enrolled in at least 15 semester hours per semester, completing 30 semester hours in the academic year, and maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher. |

1. Letter of Interest. Included in the letter should be a statement of why the applicant is interested in the insurance industry and an indication of how the applicant intends to pursue that interest
2. A current degree audit and transcript (Cougar Trail). The applicant must have declared a major in the School of Business and be in good standing. |
