    Open only to JACL members and their children who demonstrate severe financial need. For undergraduate and graduate students planning to attend a college, university, trade school, business school, or any other institution of higher learning. Purpose is to provide financial assistance to a student who otherwise would have to delay or terminate his/her education due to lack of financing.
