Applicant must be a senior at Scott City High School graduate in the top third of his or her class and must be enrolled as a full-time student at Southeast Missouri State University. Consideration will be given to candidate's involvement and leadership in organizations that are sponsored by Scott City High School; involvement in voluntary civic organizations that aim to better the Southeast Missouri region. |
