Applicant must be a Resident and Graduate of one of the high schools Students.The student must express an interest in the speech/public speaking area and must have financial need as verified by the FAFSA form. Students must be traditional students. Non-traditional students do not qualify for this award.Minimum GPA is 2.5. |
