Student, preferably African American, enrolled full-time or accepted at any campus of the University of Hawai’i. Academic merit as demonstrated by cumulative grade point average of 2.5 in college for continuing students or 3.0 in high school for entering students; Evidence of financial need; Evidence of community leadership or service; State of Hawai’i resident for tuition purposes. |
