    Applicant must be a minority (Native American, African- American, Hispanic, or Asian), U.S. citizen; enrolled in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of a broadcast communications curriculum at a 4-year college or university or an accredited community college in Oregon or Washington, or a permanent resident of Oregon or Washington attending an out-of-state institution. Minimum GPA 3.0. Community college students must be enrolled in a broadcast curriculum that is transferable to a 4-year accredited university.
