Students Reside in unincorporated areas of east Los Angeles, as well as the cities of Bell Gardens, Commerce, Huntington Park, Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, or South Gate, Applicants must be a firstgeneration college student, be from a lowincome family, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The student must be attending or planning to transfer to a university in Southern California. |
