This scholarship was established in memory of Leonard Jarrell. The Jarrell family has been part of the Capitol College community for more than 27 years. Leonard, an engineer and teacher, played an important role in building a relationship between IEEE and the college. This scholarship is part of the Millennium Society Scholarship Fund and is dedicated to the support of future generations of engineers and technologists. |
