| Eligibility Criteria |
South Carolina residents must meet two of the following three criteria 1) have a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of high school graduation; 2) score at least 1100 on the SAT (verbal and math) or 24 on the ACT; 3) graduate in the top 30% of their class. |
