| Eligibility Criteria |
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the Lexington Reorganized and Grandview Consolidated School Districts planning to attend UCM and pursue a major in elementary education, special education, secondary education or industrial technology. Student must be an incoming freshman student and be accepted to the University of Central Missouri plan to pursue a major in elementary education, special education, secondary education or industrial technology education (to include drafting, graphics, automotive technology, construction management, electronics, and manufacturing management), rank in the upper one-third of graduating senior class in the Lexington Reorganized School District in Lexington, MO or the Grandview Consolidated School District in Grandview, MO, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, score a minimum of 18 on the ACT, demonstrate good citizenship through participation in high school activities, demonstrate outstanding scholarship, leadership and character, In case of tie, financial need as supported by statement from parent/guardian will be considered. |
