This scholarship is given to be a graduate of an Allegany County public high school with junior or senior class status as a secondary education major or a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) student with demonstrated teaching in secondary education or K-12 major or a major in a program benefiting secondary education careers in similar studies as developed by the university. |
