Applications will be available at any Mountain America branch or at the UPEA office at 1000 W. Bellwood Lane (5380 S.), Murray, UT 84123 after January 23, 2009. Completed applications are due by 5:00 p.m. March 27, 2009 to the UPEA office. Scholarships will be awarded at the 2009 UPEA General Council, Friday, April 17th at the Hilton in Salt Lake City. |
