Applicants must have been born in or have been a legal resident of the State of Maine for at least four years or have at least one parent who was born in or has been a legal resident of the State of Maine for at least four years, not have reached his/her 25th birthday by April 1, and be enrolled in a minimum of 14 semester hours at a Maine college or university |
