    Open to Maine residents who are children/step-children (high school graduates, ages 16-21) or spouses of military veterans who are totally disabled due to service or who died in service or as a result of service. Tenable for undergraduate study at all branches of University of Maine system, all State of Maine vo-tech colleges, and Maine Maritime Academy at Castine. Must have lived in Maine at time of entering service or for 5 years prior to application.
