The applicant must have secured the signature of the Local’s president prior to the point the application is deemed to be complete. Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of: A 1-2 page essay describing the role of 21st Century Unionism in developing new leadership and enhancing civic participation, plus a recommendation from a union member outside the applicant’s family. |
