Student who is a graduate of a high school located in Lincoln County, Missouri. Student must be an incoming freshman or a full-time student in good academic standing at UCM, be a graduate of a high school located in Lincoln County, Missouri, be worthy, deserving and of good moral character, show promise of leadership and academic ability, rank in the upper 40% of high school graduation class or have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.5. |
