Students Reside in unincorporated areas of east Los Angeles, as well as the cities of Bell Gardens, Commerce, Huntington Park, Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, or South Gate. Applicants must be a firstgeneration college student, be from a lowincome family, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. |
