Applicant must be a resident of Missouri who is an African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, or Native American. Applicant must be a high school senior, college student, or returning adult (without a degree) who ranked in the top quarter of their high school class or scored at or above the 75th percentile on the ACT or SAT examination.Applicant must have an approved teacher education program. |
