Eligibility Criteria Be of African-American/Black heritage.Be an undergraduate student who has completed a minimum of 48 credit hours and has a minimum GPA of 3.0 OR be a graduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and carry a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.Be enrolled in at least one of the following eligible degree programs: Public Administration, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Political Science, and Urban and Metropolitan Studies.Be enrolled in an academic institution in Arizona.Be committed to pursuing a career in public administration
