A minimum of 3.0 GPA and an A.A. or A.S. degree are required. Out-of-state students, part-time students, students with pervious bachelor's degrees, and non-US citizens who are not a permanent resident are not eligible. New awards will not be awarded until current recipients have completed additional 60 credit hours at NEIU. |
