  • Eligibility Criteria :
    Based on merit, character, and need, with preference given to those students whose programs are considered beneficial to water works practice in New England. Each scholarship applicant must be a member or student member of either the New England Water Works Association, or the American Water Works Association, with a New England section, before their application will be considered. The membership fee is $25 for a NEWWA student membership or $36 for a NEWWA/AWWA student membership.
