Have a grade point average of 3.5 or be within the top 5 percent of your class. Be from a disadvantaged background. Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student for the 2009/2010 academic year at an accredited, 4-year undergraduate institution. Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or qualified non-citizen of the United States. |
