A minimum grade of a C in all classes and a SAT score of at least 1000. Also, you must have a high school GPA of at least 3.0 with at least 80 percent of classes taken in a college-prep curriculum and rank in the top third of your graduating class, Only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible for this award.
