| Eligibility Criteria |
Must be registered or accepted to begin a course of study at an institute of higher education and pursuing an undergraduate degree or technical training.
Must demonstrate a need for financial assistance (Consideration will be given to income, financial hardships, and other obstacles which impact the applicant's ability to obtain an education.).
Must reside within the city limits of Phoenix, Arizona and be a citizen of the United States.
Must have a minimum of 2.50 grade point average based on high school or current college transcripts. |
