Submit application followed (no later than 3 months) by copy of letter of acceptance from the accredited 2- or 4-year institution; official transcript from the high school or college last attended; copy of student aid report; 1-page personal essay detailing your career goals, personal interest and how you will use your education to benefit the Jemez community; needs analysis form from the financial aid office of institution; and certificate of Indian blood.
