Must be child or grandchild of a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors. Based on scholastic achievement, including GPA; economic need or situation; and references and recommendations by instructors, employers, Realtors and other prominent individuals.

Submit application with statement of your general activities and intellectual interests, employment (if any), contemplated line of study and of the career you expect to follow (up to 1,000 words); transcripts of all your collegiate or high school records; and letters of recommendation from any 2 of the following: Association Executive from a local association of Realtors, a Realtor or a teacher. Finalists will be interviewed.
