  • Eligibility Criteria :
    Must have a specific learning disability (visual impairment alone does not indicate eligibility for this award); been registered as an RFB&D member for at least 1 year, up to and including a 1-year period beginning March 1 of the previous year and ending March 1 of the current year, and have borrowed at least 1 RFB&D book during that time (individually or through a school); be a member of the graduating class of a public or private school or home-school in the U.S. or its territories; have an overall grade average of “B” or above (or equivalent), based on grades 10 through 12; and plan to continue their formal education beyond high school at either a 2- or 4-year college or vocational school.
