This Scholarship is support in three areas. the first one is the Electrical Engineering Department at the discretion of the chairperson in memory of Robert A. Lowell. Secondly, one-third of the earnings shall be used to provide financial support for the History Department at the discretion of the Chairperson in memory of Jean B. Lowell '50. Thirdly, one-third of the earnings shall be used to provide discretionary financial support to the office of the President of the University of Maine in memory of Robert and Jean Lowell. |
