Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii enrolled at least half-time (6-credits) in semester(s) of award, Applicant must be a classified student with no prior baccalaureate or graduate degree and is in good academic standing, First priority will be given to sons and daughters of engineers, contractors and construction workers, Second priority will be given to students who demonstrate the potential for academic growth and achievement. |
