First preference for this scholarship will be given to students from Northwestern High School, Rock Hill, SC, who demonstrate satisfactory performance as a junior or senior majoring in early childhood or elementary education. Second preference shall be given to students from York County, South Carolina. It will be considered a plus, but not a requirement, for the recipient to be a member of Chi Omega sorority. Students who do not meet this specific criteria are eligible to apply. |
