Be a first semester freshman student. Demonstrate financial need. Enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year institution. Be a female of African American heritage and a US citizen and a resident of South Carolina. The recipient is selected for the scholarship based on eligibility criteria and strength of application, which includes financial need, essay, and letters of recommendation. |
