The student(s) should be in good academic standing as defined by the scholarship selection committee.The student(s), if undergraduate should have an emphasis in Real Estate
coursework and, if graduate should have a specialization in Real Estate.The student(s) should demonstrate in written form, no longer than one
page, his/her interest in industrial and commercial Real Estate.The student(s) should provide a letter of recommendation from an
internship sponsor, employer, or professor in the related field. |
