1. be a graduating high school senior
2.the son or daughter of an active, retired or deceased U.S. military service member whose family resides at West Point (or within a 35 mile radius of West Point) at the time the scholarship is awarded
3.submit the Scholarship Application Form, fully and accurately completed, along with three Letters of Recommendation. |
