Eligibility Criteria :Open to college-bound high school senior who demonstrates exceptional leadership, distinguished scholarship and a deep understanding and respect for the principles of liberty, freedom, and equality. Must be U.S. citizen of Italian descent (at least 1 Italian or Italian-American grandparent) in senior year of high school, planning to attend a 4-year accredited academic institution in the fall. Financial need NOT a factor.
