You must: Submit a letter from the doctor treating you at St. Jude indicating you are receiving care or have received care from such within the past year Submit a personal letter of interest Complete a Christian Brothers University day undergraduate admission application Be accepted into the day undergraduate program Be an incoming freshman into the day undergraduate program at CBU Complete the FAFSA form or if non-citizen, submit a letter of family financial status. Recipients will be chosen by the CBU/St. Jude Scholarship Committee |
