| Eligibility Criteria |
Applicant are Graduated from a Cape Girardeau County High School, is a Cape County resident with a valid High School Equivalency Diploma, or is the son or daughter of a current Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist Member. The applicant should be a law-abiding citizen of high moral character. Applicant must maintain a GPA of 2.5 and a minimum of 12 credit hours in order to receive the second portion of the scholarship. |
