Recipient must be currently enrolled at UL Lafayette, majoring in French or Francophone Studies. Students have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and Must be a resident of Indiana County, Punxsutawney, Blairsville, or Elderton. Renewable for a total of eight semesters. |
