| Eligibility Criteria |
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. That the student(s) have a financial need for the scholarship;
2. That the selected student lives in the tri-county area;
3. That the student possess at least a 3.0 grade point average;
4. That the student has completed the freshman (or equivalent) year of college;
5. That the student has some history of involvement in community service;
6. That the recipient acknowledge the Exchange Club of Charleston Award and attend the award program. |
