The recipient must be an undergraduate majoring in Teacher Education or Urban Education, actively involved in the Concert Chorale and or the Gospel Choir, enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours, maintain at least a 2.5 CGPA, demonstrate financial need and be of good moral character with interest in continuation in the music field. |
