Students must have graduated from the New Song Academy in West Baltimore or one of the three public high schools in East Baltimore - Paul Laurence Dunbar, Laurence G. Paquin, or Eager Street Academy . They must apply for and accept Federal, State, and school grant aid. Note: Students are not required to accept unsubsidized and/or PLUS loans.
