| Eligibility Criteria |
* The scholarship (s) will be awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior student(s) majoring in secondary or middle school education, who is specializing in math or science, and who has at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA; the recipient(s) will be chosen by the general scholarship committee of the College of Education. The student(s) must show great promise and dedication to the teaching profession.
* The scholarship recipient (s) must be registered and remain registered as a full time student for the quarter he/she receives the scholarship at Louisiana Tech University.
* The scholarship recipient(s) must be a United States citizen.
* Scholarship (s) will be awarded annually with disbursement quarterly.
* The scholarship recipient(s) must maintain at least a minimum 3.3 GPA in all official college courses
* The scholarship shall be intended to assist the recipient in paying any college education costs which would otherwise be paid to Louisiana Tech by the student.
* Preference in awarding the scholarship shall be given to a student who shows financial need.
