    See website or call for an application. Submit with copy of high school transcript and acceptance letters or other verification of enrollment or acceptance into a postsecondary institution. Include a 350- to 500-word essay on “Why I Wish for a Career in Aviation”; up to 3 letters of recommendation and a list of both school-related and extracurricular activities demonstrating accomplishments and leadership capabilities. Applications evaluated as follows: 35% scholarship (GPA), 30% essay, 20% accomplishments and leadership, and 15% financial need.
