This scholarship has established this endowed scholarship to honor Wayne Shaffer, its former president of Vitro Corporation, a member of the Capitol College Board of Trustees for 11 years and chairman of the Board of Trustees from 1972 to 1976. The Vitro/Wayne Shaffer Scholarship has funded one recipient for each academic year since 1981. |
