| Eligibility Criteria |
Applicant are Graduate student enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester at UCM. be a descendant of a Wake Island Defender (however, if no descendants of Wake Island Defenders apply or are deemed eligible, second preference shall be given to a student who is actively involved in the ROTC program at UCM or pursuing a degree in social studies and/or history), have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.0, be of high moral character, be a U.S. citizen. |
