Recipients must be graduates of a Hawai’i Public High School. Must be enrolled full-time in a program at a campus within the University of Hawai’i system. Academic merit as demonstrated by a minimum GPA of 3.0, Some degree of financial need, not necessarily as defined by federal guidelines. |
