Applicant must be a incoming freshmen with financial need from New Madrid County R-I Central High School in the top 10 percent of their class or from Portageville High School in the top 15 percent of their class. If a 3.0 cumulative GPA is maintained and 24 credit hours are successfully completed per academic year. |
