    Contact your local country club or write for complete information. Applications are accepted after completion of junior year in high school (between July 1 and September 30). Submit with a letter of recommendation from the sponsoring club signed by club officials and 1 from high school; transcript; candidate’s essay; financial documentation including parent’s most recent federal tax return; Financial Aid Profile; and SAT and/or ACT scores.
