This scholarship are available to enrolled full-time or be accepted for enrollment as undergraduate students at Frostburg State University with a declared major in early childhood/elementary education, biology, earth science, environmental analysis and planning, geography, wildlife and fisheries, and/or other degree programs developed.by the University that have a major emphasis on "natural resources." The determination of majors which qualify for the major emphasis of "natural resources" shall reside with the chief academic officer of the University. |
