Description This scholarship are available to enrolled full-time or be accepted for enrollment as undergraduate students at Frostburg State University with a declared major in early childhood/elementary education, biology, earth science, environmental analysis and planning, geography, wildlife and fisheries, and/or other degree programs developed.by the University that have a major emphasis on "natural resources." The determination of majors which qualify for the major emphasis of "natural resources" shall reside with the chief academic officer of the University.

In the event of equally qualified applicants, a preference will be given to applicants with a major in early childhood/elementary education.
