    Applications are available from each county Farm Bureau or the Federation. Submit with transcripts (2 semesters of college or, for freshmen 1 semester of college and proof of enrollment in 2nd semester); résumé of applicant’s family activity with WFB including a current membership; a recent photograph; and 3 letters of recommendation stressing ability, character and financial need (1 letter from a church leader, a Farm Bureau leader, and teacher or school administrator).
